Terry Crews is one of the Hollywood actors who has a perfect looking body. I mean he moves his pecks, how many people can do that?
You must be thinking whats his diet plan is if you are a bodybuilding nerd.
Here is the diet plan and routine of Terry Crews.
Terry Crews has a very complex vitamin routine. He says that he takes vitamins 3 times a day.
He doesn’t eat food till 2 pm after waking up at 4:45 am.
Because he doesn’t eat till 2 pm, he takes amino acid mixed with water in a shaker. He says that it gets filled probably 4 to 5 times a day.
When he takes lunch, he eats omellete, bacon, and a salad.
He says that he washes the lunch down with a protein shake. I guess he is consuming a lot of protein in one time probably because he doesn’t eat after waking up for straight 9 hours.
He says that whenever he goes out with his children mostly at 6 pm, he takes a little bit sugar in the form of pie, cake or a pudding.
He goes to bed at 9:30 pm. It is implied in the video that he drinks a lot of water in a day.
He does intermittent fasting of 16 hours.
I might sometime check out if the intermittent fasting works.
Terry Crews shows a perfect example of discipline. You got to be very accurate and careful while consuming nutrients in your body. More would lead to an increase in body fat and less would lead to a break down of your muscles and energy.
