How to quit smoking

“I will quit smoking from tomorrow”, how many times you have told it to yourself, Doesn’t work, huh? I know it is very hard to stop this habit because of the sweet hangover it gives you.

I am not going to mesmerize you about it, nowadays it is becoming more of a fashion and symbol of coolness.

Even if people know it is bad for health, still they don’t want to get rid of it.

Maybe they don’t know the exact ill effects of it, I hope you will regret it after knowing the effects of it.

Besides “Smoking causes cancer” warning, there are a lot of effects you need to know, here watch it at a glance.

1) low sperm count

2) heart attack, if you have asthma it is even early.

3) disability of getting pregnant

4) premature birth of a child

5) almost all types of cancer

6) increase toxic elements

and many more

According to my experience basically, everybody wants to quit smoking, but you can’t.

Here are the tips which I want to share which will help you in quitting.

1) self-control

Guys, you can win everything by controlling your mind.

You don’t have to super smart, you just need to have patience.

It is the only key because all the remedies are going to waste if you don’t have self-control.

I know it is hard but you have to do it if you want to get rid of it.

2) keep your mind busy

An empty mind is a devil’s den, always indulge in different types of activities.

I am not telling you to do continuous work but do everything that is good for your health and your future.

It will remove the thirst of cigarette and when you become tired, go to rest or sleep.

3) chew gum

I know it is hard for anyone to be busy every time because we are not robots.

But we can keep our mouth busy by chewing the gum.

It is a very good trick to avoid cigarettes

4) Avoid occasional smoking

When people say they only smoke with friends, party, etc. They are telling a lie as if you smoke one then you want to another one after some time.

I have experienced it myself, you can’t be an occasional smoker, you will either be a smoker or non-smoker.

5) be neutral

I know I it’s a lame tip, but I have experienced this thing that whenever you’re happy or sad, you want to smoke.

Believe me, it happens.

These things you need to do to keep a neutral mind.

Take a deep breath

Drink a lot of water

Avoid tension

Stay positive

Don’t let emotions drive you


Your mother has not raised you to take slow poison, you have a lot of things to do in your life.

You don’t want to be a disgrace to your parents, you are going to be successful in life, you want to make a great body.

Avoid smoking for a better sex life.
